Job summary

Schneider National is hiring professional truck drivers with a Class A CDL to operate throughout the Eastern 37 states. You’ll be dispatched in advance to optimize planning and maximize drive time, with most freight being drop-and-hook and no-touch where possible.

The role includes a strong pay and bonus structure, paid orientation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training options are available for new CDL holders, and veterans receive additional military benefits.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
