Job summary

Shaffer Trucking, a premier temperature-sensitive carrier, is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for our regional fleet. You’ll haul refrigerated freight, enjoy competitive pay, reliable weekly settlements, and strong benefits while keeping home time on weekends.

Starting pay ranges from 68 to 71 CPM depending on experience, with guaranteed detention pay, paid orientation, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

• No DOT preventable in the last year or less than 3 preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No CDL violations in the last year
• Less than 5 citations in the last 5 years
