Job summary

Handy Distribution is seeking a Material Handler/Delivery Driver to perform warehouse tasks and local deliveries. The role involves operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, picking and packing orders, and loading/unloading trucks. You may back up as a driver delivering materials to customer shops and job sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL Class A or B, be DOT certified, and have experience with WMS RF scanning. Safe driving and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current CDL license (Class A or B) and be able to obtain any required DOT certifications.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Experience with warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, restocking, picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Deliver materials and collect signatures and payments where applicable.
• Maintain logs and follow safety and DOT regulations.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging orders.
• Utilize WMS RF scanning for inventory accuracy.
