Pay

The average base pay for this role starts at $32.94 per hour, based on an individualized assessment. Additional compensation may include commissions, incentive pay, bonuses, and other short‑ or long‑term incentive packages.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday, 5:30 am until the route is finished, or 6:30 am when working in the warehouse.
• Cover all Wisconsin routes as needed – hauling carpet, pad and hard surface products.

Qualifications

• At least 23 years old.
• Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Good interpersonal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
