Job Type: Driver

We are hiring CDL-A Local Drivers for a dedicated run based in Monroe, Ohio. Drivers operate primarily in Ohio, with routes also covering Indiana and Kentucky. This role offers daily home time, generally two days off per week, and experience-based pay with stop, unload, backhaul, and pallet restack pay.

Experience-based mileage pay: $0.56 - $0.62 CPM

Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,500

Stop pay: $20 per stop

Backhaul pay: $20 per backhaul

Pallet restack pay: $25

Recovery mileage pay available

Schedule & Home Time

Generally two days off per week; weekends off are not guaranteed

Late morning start, typically around 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and the week preceding holidays

Average weekly mileage: 1,000 - 1,500 miles

Dedicated local run

Primary operating area: Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky; primarily Ohio

Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight

70% drop and hook freight

30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack

Typically 3 - 5 loads and 5 - 7 stops per day

Requirements
