Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A driver for a dedicated Lidl route. This night-shift position offers home daily, with two consecutive days off weekly, and freight from Fredericksburg, VA to locations across VA and MD.

Drivers are paid weekly with CPM, load/pay, stop pay, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. A modern fleet with automatic transmissions supports safe, comfortable long-haul trips.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
• Personal vehicle to commute to the Lidl facility daily
• Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD+D Insurance

Responsibilities

• Load and unload using an electric pallet jack
• Deliver Lidl account loads within VA and MD
• Operate 53-ft trailers with automatic transmission
• Drive on a dedicated nightly route
• Home daily with two consecutive days off per week

Dedicated Lidl account loads originate in Fredericksburg, VA and deliver throughout VA and MD

Load and unload using an electric pallet jack, and reload returns back to the distribution center
