Ryder System, Inc. in Bethpage, NY is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local routes. You will earn a weekly guarantee, with top earners reaching over $1,490 weekly, and enjoy benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Expect 45–48 hours per week, paid training, and the chance to grow within a safety-focused transportation team. Local NY/NJ/NYC deliveries, home daily with 26' box truck operations and occasional 53' dry van.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with required endorsements.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• 9 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years, OR 2 years in the last 5 years, OR 5 years in the last 10 years.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and Ryder policies.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
