FirstFleet, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A driver for local routes in Fort Smith, AR, with home daily time and 100% no-touch freight. This position offers a stable weekly average pay of $1,200 and consistent, predictable schedules.

You will primarily handle drop & hook deliveries, averaging 2 to 3 loads per shift on a mostly local, dedicated schedule. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO after 90 days, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years.
• No chargeable DOT-reportable accidents within the past 3 years.
• Must meet all applicable DOT and FirstFleet hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Haul corrugated paper products on local routes with home daily.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance on all trips.
• Manage 2–3 loads per shift with consistent local/dedicated work.

FirstFleet: Fort Smith, AR is seeking reliable CDL Class A driver for local routes hauling corrugated paper products. This is a local position with daily home time and 100% no-touch freight.

PAY / DETAILS

• $1200 Weekly Average
• Wednesday - Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off)
• 1st Shift
• Mostly Drop & Hook
• 2 to 3 Loads Per Shift
