Job summary

Carvana in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Vehicle Transporter to move cars between production facilities and delivery hubs. You will be home daily with a pay per mile structure and opportunities for bonuses, including night route differential and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifying candidates hold a valid CDL with medical card, are at least 21, and can read, write, and speak English. You will work with a modern fleet and can participate in company-paid benefits and a robust PTO plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.

• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

First things first. As a Vehicle Transporter, you’ll be home daily. When you’re working, you’ll be moving cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs for the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars. We offer competitive pay with our pay per mile compensation structure, along with plenty of opportunities for additional ways to earn even more. Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor trailer in last 3 years or equivalent Military experience

Other requirements

• Must be able to walk 75’ and climb a 10’ ladder
• Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non-slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment
• Requires frequent driving
