Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Local Truck Drivers for our Intermodal team, operating out of Bell Gardens/Montebello, CA. This role features 100% no-touch freight and daily home time, ideal for drivers seeking reliable local work without long over-the-road trips.

Drivers handle a mix of drop and hook and live load/unload freight across Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Shafter/Lebec areas. Night shifts, 5-day weeks, and weekend work are common, with 6–8 stops per night.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of CDL experience.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Stable work history with no major unexplained employment gaps.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must reside within 15 miles of Bell Gardens, CA.

Responsibilities

• Operate local Intermodal routes with 100% no-touch freight.
• Handle drops and hooks as well as live load/unload freight.
• Maintain a night shift schedule with 6–8 stops per night.
• Work a 5-day week with home daily; weekend work possible.
• Optional extra work days available and 7-day operation with weekend work likely.
• Lanes cover Inland Empire/LA area including Shafter/Lebec.

Job Details

• Lanes covering the Inland Empire/LA area plus Shafter/Lebec
• 100% no-touch freight, mix of drop and hook and live loads/unloads
• Night shift schedule
• 5-day work week with 2 days off; home daily
• Optional extra work days available
• 7-day operation; weekend work likely
• Approximately 6 to 8 stops per night

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400 to $1,800 per week
• $19.25 per hour plus $18.71 per stop
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements
