Job summary

POET Pure is seeking an experienced truck driver to join our team near Lake Crystal, MN. You will operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia equipment, hauling CO2 loads with a safety-focused approach, and you will be home every night.

The role requires a CDL A license, 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements. Expect 10–12 hour days, 58–63 hours weekly, and a 5-day work week with some overtime on rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record.
• No more than 3 jobs over the past 5 years.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.
• Clean MVR and PSP.
• No DUIs in the past 10 years.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 30 miles of Lake Crystal, MN or be willing to relocate for this position.

Responsibilities

• Home every night.
• 5-day work week (Tue–Sat) with a 6th day on rotation.
• 10–12 hours per day; occasional 14-hour days.
• 58–63 hours per week on average; increases on rotational weeks.
• Morning shift.
• Load/unload product as required for CO2.
• Drive to destination and unload per customer requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Provide quality customer service.
