Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical certification standards.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens when required.
• 1 year regional or 3 years in last 5 tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean MVR and satisfactory background check.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute local and regional pickup and delivery routes in and around Louisville, KY.
• Perform drop & hook trailer operations efficiently at customer and terminal locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation including Bills of Lading and delivery records.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and dock personnel.
• Ensure safe operation of Class A tractor-trailer equipment at all times.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures.
