Job summary

CR England is seeking a local intermodal CDL-A driver to be home daily on a dedicated route with top pay. Shift typically includes multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop & hook freight; expect 10–12 hour days and a ring pay structure. This lane is not for students or new grads; weekly and yearly pay estimates are based on experience.

Average dispatch covers 0–300 miles from the rail ramp. Overtime applies after 40 hours. Daycabs; slip-seat position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Transportation to and from the yard daily.

Job description

Be home daily on a Local Intermodal route with top pay! A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight.Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Average dispatch is 0-300 miles from the rail ramp

Home daily (5 days a week by schedule, optional 6th day for extra pay)

Pay structure is Ring pay

Overtime over 40 hours

Daycabs. This is a slip-seat position

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
• Transportation to and from the yard daily
