Pay and Benefits

• Average gross $75,000/year; $1,442/week. Home daily; safety bonus opportunities.
• CPM $0.32-$0.39; dispatch $25/day; holiday pay $140/day.
• Cross-docking and new-hire training: $19.00-$22.25/hour.
• Right-seat driving: $19.00-$22.25/hour; safety training: $20/hour.
• Delivery service: $0.56-$0.62/occurrence; stop pay: $6.10-$6.75/stop.
