Kendal Floral Supply in Carlsbad, CA is hiring a Class A Delivery Driver for local routes. This full-time role pays $30.00 per hour and requires a valid CDL Class A, DOT compliance, and clean MVR.

You will perform safety checks, handle paperwork, meet delivery windows, and operate primarily on tractor-trailers or straight trucks. Candidates must be able to read and communicate in English, pass pre-employment testing, and be able to lift 20–80+ lbs.

Competenze

• Must register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience OR experience in food/beverage delivery.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred or required in some locations.

Mansioni

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Perform pre/post-trip safety inspections of tractor/trailer.
• Report safety hazards and needed repairs.
• Inspect trailer, ensure proper load and secure freight.
• Maintain route paperwork with tractor-trailer load.
• Safely drive to customers and meet delivery times.
• Verify delivery with customers and obtain signatures.
• Complete hours-of-service logs as required.
