Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a Local Yard Jockey to manage trailer movements within the yard, enabling efficient dock operations. The role offers home daily schedules, night shifts, and weekend work as required. You will work six days in some weeks, with earnings ranging weekly from $1,200 to $1,400.

Requirements include a clean driving record, a DOT medical card, a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. SAP drivers are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Local yard jockey duties at Salt City Trucking.
• Operate within the yard, connect trailers, and move equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety and follow DOT regulations while on site.
