Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking local Class A Experienced Drivers in Oakland, California. Drivers will operate transmission tractor trailers for transportation, primarily driving manual vehicles and handling drop and hook deliveries.

The ideal candidate must have a CDL, a medical certificate, and at least 6 months of manual tractor trailer experience. Benefits include a 401(k), health insurance, and home daily.

Qualifications

• CDL license required.
• Must have active TWIC card.
• Fluent in English.
• 6 months manual tractor trailer work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive transmission tractor trailers with van, 53" or containers.
• Ensure safe driving in snow conditions.
• Complete daily routes and log driving hours.
