Job summary

WALMART in Shafter, CA seeks a CDL-A Local Driver for a home-daily schedule with no-touch freight. You’ll run multi-stop deliveries across Southern California with consistent evening departures, earning about $1,350 per week on average.

Join a dedicated local fleet, enjoy a slip-seat operation, and deliver 2–3 stops per load while keeping a clean driving record and DOT Medical Card. Weekend work is required, with loads mainly between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of verifiable CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers allowed.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in Southern California with home daily and 2–3 stops per load.
• Operate slip-seat with no-touch freight.
• Backhaul into the distribution center and adhere to schedule.
• Maintain safety and on-time performance.
