Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Driver CDL in Springfield, MO. You will operate commercial equipment, perform safety checks, and execute route duties to support our snack distribution network.

The role requires a CDL-A and at least one year of safe driving experience, with compliance to FMCSA rules and IDs for access. You will join a team delivering to military and civilian facilities, with schedules typically 2 AM–8 AM start, 32–40 hours per week, 4–5 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• REAL ID, US passport, or federal ID required for access.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and equipment checks (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Completes daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Performs duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
