Maverick Transportation LLC in Carleton, MI is seeking a Local CDL-A Dock Worker who is home daily. Shifts are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility or Monday-Friday 2nd shift.

Starting pay is $28/hour plus $1/hour shift pay for CDL-A holders, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for CDL-A holders. This full-time local role involves docking, securing loads, and handling glass loads on flatbed or drop deck trailers.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, forklift, or dock experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Spot trailers in dock doors and secure loads.
• Prep, secure, and tarp glass loads on trailers.
• Work with securement team to ensure load safety and quality.
• Get guaranteed home time every day.
