Job summary

SYGMA Illinois, part of Sysco, is seeking delivery drivers to transport and unload products from our warehouse to customer locations. The role involves operating a tractor-trailer, following safety and delivery procedures, and working an overnight schedule including weekends and holidays.

Compensation includes an average of $100,000 to $105,000 per year with top earners up to $150,000, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase plan).

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent required; 1 year tractor trailer experience preferred.
• Completion of tractor trailer driving school acceptable in lieu of or in addition to diploma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products from tractor trailers to customer locations following invoices and company standards.
• Operate a tractor-trailer unit both day and night on overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and accurate invoicing and reporting.
