Mondeled Global LLC, a leading global snacking company, is now hiring a CDL A Local Deliver Driver in Brooklyn Park, MN. This is a union role with start times at 2-4am. The driver will deliver products, including temperature-controlled foods, safely and on time within the Brooklyn Park, MN area. You will stock your truck with our products, drive to stores and warehouses, and be home in the evening. Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $28.50
• Competitive hourly rate with 40 average hours per week

Home Time, Routes & Schedule

• Home every day
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, starting between 2 am and 4 am; finishing between 1 pm and 2 pm (10 to 12 hr shifts)
• Interstate: Minnesota, Wisconsin
• 13-17 stops on typical routes
• Delivery routes may require routine lifting and getting on/off the truck at each stop

Equipment

• Single axle tractor and 48 & 53 foot trailer
• Automatic transmission

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid CDL A license
• 1 year driving experience required
• Warehouse and direct store delivery experience preferred
• Proven safe driving history; no serious driving convictions in the last 5 years; all accidents and moving violations reviewed
• No DUIs/ OWIs within the last 5 years
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR, and national background screen
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation preferred
• Able to use smartphones or tablets and ELDs for logging positions and driving times
• Flexible with daily changing routes and working times
• Customer-oriented attitude and alignment with company values
• General understanding of vehicle mechanics to communicate problems and perform basic repairs
• Driver should live within 50 miles of Brooklyn Park, MN
