Job summary

Sysco is hiring dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely operate tractor-trailers and unload/deliver products to customer locations on assigned routes. You will build relationships with each customer using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Minimum requirements include 21+ years old, valid CDL A with insurability, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for communication.
• Able to lift 40–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to safely deliver products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unload and load items as required and ensure accurate order delivery.
• Build relationships with customers through friendly, reliable service and meet their needs.
• Most drivers are home nightly and follow defined route schedules.
