Job summary

Sysco is hiring dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route. Drivers build positive relationships with customers and adapt to their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Minimum requirements include a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record, 21+ years old, English communication ability, and willingness for overtime. Relocation options are mentioned in benefits.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds, up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned routes.
• Unload and deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries and supplies.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their operations.
• Maintain routes and meet daily delivery schedules.
