Job description

CDL A Driver Hiring Event

Date: May 8, 2025

Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm Eastern

Location: 15 Commerce Drive South, Harriman, NY

• $10,000 sign-on bonus - Class A only with 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Weekly pay
• 6th and 7th day incentive pay
• Schedule: average 10-12 hour shifts
• Local delivery – home daily
• Approximately 4-5 stops
• Two off days (preferably consecutive)
• Must be comfortable delivering throughout the 5 boroughs
• Benefits from day 1: medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with match
• This is a union position

Position Responsibilities

• The CDL Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to customers, as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles.
• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally, including conveyors and carts.
• Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Pick up returned products, including payments and pallets, and complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Must be 21 years old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with at least 1 year of experience
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
