Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Waco, TX is hiring Local Delivery Drivers to deliver products to retailers on a fixed route. You will unload with a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required and on‑the‑job training is provided.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00am start; overtime and weekend work as needed. Local routes with pay starting at $29.26 per hour, increasing to $30.84 after six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a fixed route and unload using a hand dolly or pallet jack.
• Build rapport with customers and stock shelves and coolers as requested.
• Operate local routes with early start times and potential overtime/weekends as needed.
