Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Driver Local Delivery for a Springfield, IL route. You will deliver products, unload with pallet equipment, and stock shelves while building strong customer relationships.

No prior experience is required; hands-on training is provided. The role operates on a local route with a 5:00am start, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed. CDL‑A is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a set route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or pallet jack; stock shelves and coolers as requested by the customer.
• Build rapport with customers and provide quality service.
