Job summary

C.R. England is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver to operate a dedicated Walmart lane, delivering no-touch freight from Shafter to locations across Southern California. You will be home daily and support a steady schedule with 2 consecutive days off per week.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years of age, and 3+ months of CDL-A experience. Expect 2–3 stops per trip, with backhaul to the DC, and loads departing mostly between 1500 and 2100. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and insurance options.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Average 2-3 stops, with backhaul back into the DC

Majority of loads depart the DC between 1500 to 2100

Home Time: Home Daily with typically 2 consecutive days off per week

Driver requirements:
