Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC is a leading commercial laundry serving the hospitality industry in Florida. We seek a qualified CDL A Driver to ensure safe, on-time delivery and pickup of linens using class A vehicles, including trailers, box trucks, or cargo vans.

The role requires accuracy in counts, daily vehicle inspections, and strict adherence to DOT rules while delivering exceptional customer service on every route. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A license and current DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly punctual, responsible, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised 90% of the time.
• DOT pre-hire requirements must be met.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles to deliver and retrieve linen from customer sites on local routes.
• Deliver carts (metros) and collect signed delivery tickets at each location.
• Reconcile deliveries and pickups to ensure counts match manifests.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and refuel at end of each shift.
• Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Navigate traffic conditions or weather while meeting delivery deadlines.
• Communicate route issues or customer concerns to the Logistics Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
