Job summary

CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent contractor Teams (Lease Purchase) to haul specialty freight nationwide. You choose your home time, loads, and schedule, running under a 2-4 year lease with favorable terms and strong support.

Top earners in the program gross $8,000 to $10,000 per week, with $2.29 CPM and tolls paid. All miles are paid, and a $6k sign-on bonus is offered to the truck. Driver assist responsibilities include loading and unloading freight.

Qualifications

• CDL A required; 6 months OTR or regional experience preferred.
• 21 years or older.
• Cross state lines, ELDs (elogs) and sleeper TT experience for solo or lead drivers; co-driver requires 3 months OTR/Regional.

Responsibilities

• Driver assist with loading and unloading freight.
• Operate within team lease-purchase program with home time chosen by driver.
• Follow loads across the lower 48 states and maintain logs and compliance.
