Job summary

Cowan Drivers is hiring for CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Drivers. Earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in equal weekly installments, with $1.05 per loaded mile and 90 cents per empty mile, plus fuel surcharge. Top earners report up to $249,000 gross annually.

Five weeks with no lease payment and flexible home time are offered, with no-touch freight. Choose from 2027 Peterbilt, 2024–2026 Peterbilt, or 2025–2026 International models.

Qualifications

• CDL A License with 9 months verifiable experience in the last 3 years.
• Experience in dry van, reefer, container, flatbed and/or tanker preferred.
• Safe driving record and reliable home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer under lease-purchase program.
• Maintain logs, records and compliant with regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
