Job summary

Paradym Trucking in Columbus, MS is seeking qualified CDL A drivers with at least 6 months behind the wheel to join our team. We offer consistent miles, competitive pay, and a home-weekly schedule.

Expect newer equipment, 53-ft dry vans, no touch freight, mostly drop & hook, and dedicated customers with long-term contracts. Weekly direct deposit and 2,500+ miles per week. Takehome pay ranges from $1,800 to $2,500 weekly depending on hometime.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 6 months of driving experience.
• No SAP drivers due to insurance restrictions.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Experience pulling 48ft+ trailers.

Responsibilities

• No touch freight with mostly drop & hook runs.
• Home weekly; 7/2 hometime.
• 2500+ miles per week.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Dedicated customers with long-term contracts.
• Newer trucks (2022 or newer) and a 53ft dry van.
• Stay out longer to maximize pay.
