Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a CDL Class A tanker driver to haul liquid chemicals across the U.S. The role requires HazMat and tanker endorsements, TWIC, and a willingness to fly for assignments. Expect paid orientation, competitive mileage plus on-duty hourly pay, and potential certification-based increases.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul liquid chemical freight in tanker trailers.
• Haul freight and operate with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to maintenance.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Earn up to $3 more per hour by obtaining additional CDL certifications.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement required at time of hire.

• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
