Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced Intermodal Drivers to haul freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis across IN, MI and OH. 100% no-touch, 90% drop-and-hook with steady, late-model equipment and rider-friendly routes.

This full-time position offers an hourly base pay with load pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• HazMat endorsement is strongly preferred.
• Residence or relocation within 50 miles of Marion, OH.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Maintain 100% no-touch, 90% drop-and-hook operations.
• Drive in and out of railyards across IN, MI and OH.
