Job summary

Schneider National in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced intermodal CDL-A driver to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. The role features 90% no-touch freight with 80% drop-and-hook and operating in/out of railyards across CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT.

You will be paid hourly with load pay, receive paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus six holidays, and an annual bonus of up to 3% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Agawam, MA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 90% no-touch freight that is 80% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT.
