Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. in Newark, NJ is seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers to join our Newark terminal. You will be home daily and operate port and light-touch freight with a Monday–Friday schedule (Saturday optional), starting early morning.

We offer a competitive pay structure including up to $300 per day, potential weekly earnings up to $1,500, weekly pay, and a guaranteed minimum of $250 per day for the first two weeks along with benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• 21+ years old.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Port experience preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Home daily with port work and light-touch freight.
• Day shift starts between 5–7 AM; 10–12 hour days.
• Mon–Fri schedule; Saturday optional.
• Voluntary layovers; consistent year‑round freight.

• Up to $300 per day

• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
