Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers for our Newark, NJ terminal. You will drive daily from port to yard, handling light-touch freight with a day shift starting early. This position offers steady year-round freight and a strong pay package with weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.
• Port experience preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Home daily with a day shift (5-7 AM start).
• Port work and light-touch freight handling.
• Weekly pay with step-based pay and detention after 2 hours at ports.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $300 per day
• Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!
• Weekly pay
• Paid per move (step-based pay)
• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks
