Job summary

Universal Logistics is hiring for a CDL A driver in Houston, TX. This position offers home daily, Monday–Friday schedules, and 50-60 hour weeks with paid benefits after 90 days. You'll operate dedicated container moves from the port/rail hubs to customer facilities across the region.

You must have a Class A CDL and TWIC card, with at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience. Weekly net pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,500, with bilingual dispatch support and no forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and TWIC Card.
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Houston port/train routes familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport containers from port/rail ramps to customer facilities.
• Drive routes across Houston area to Dallas, Austin, and other areas.
