Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver to service a dedicated grocery delivery account in Oakland, CA. You will run multi-stop routes, handle refrigerated trailers with an electric pallet jack, and return home daily.

Expect a 5-day week with 8–12 hour shifts, and weekend availability. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience, 22+ years old, English proficiency for safety, DOT Clearinghouse compliance, and snow chaining for Reno/Tahoe

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,550-$1,750
• $33.50 per hour
• Overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Paid weekly

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Snow chaining experience required for year-round Reno/Tahoe routes
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties
