All-Fleet-Inc is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service in the McHenry, IL area. This is a performance-based role where earnings depend on workload and commissions rather than guaranteed hourly pay.

You will handle heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service, respond to breakdowns and emergencies, operate wreckers safely, and document each job with photos and dispatch communications.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls.
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Complete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos.
