Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an experienced driver to operate RGN trailers, hauling oversize and overweight freight across the lower 48. Responsibilities include securing loads, loading/unloading at ports, following permitted routes, and coordinating pilot cars as required; TWIC support is available during orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in oversize/overweight hauling conditions.
• Valid CDL required for the role.
• Strong knowledge of securement and safe handling practices.
• Ability to manage routing requirements and coordinate pilot operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Secure freight properly to ensure safe transportation of oversize and overweight loads.
• Load and unload trailers, including self-loading and self-unloading at ports.
• Follow permitted routes and comply with load and routing requirements.
• Coordinate pilot cars when required and support permitted-transport planning.
