Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver in Indiana for constant, high-volume towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with earnings based on workload rather than a fixed hourly wage.

Responsibilities include towing, recovery, and responding to emergencies, using wreckers safely, and documenting each job with dispatch updates and photos. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be reliable and responsive when called.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls.
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Complete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos.
