Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Class tractor-trailer driver for local, hazmat-hauling duties delivering auto parts on dedicated routes with home-daily schedules. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and an average annual pay of $75,000–$80,000.

Requirements include 9 months of tractor-trailer experience, hazmat endorsement, and DOT Clearinghouse compliance. The work includes multi-stop deliveries, driver unloads, and operating a liftgate and electric pallet jack, with shuttle runs

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Hazmat endorsement
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $75,000-$80,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,600
• Activity-based pay

Job Details

Shift Details

• 5-day workweek
• 2 consecutive days off
• Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday schedules
• Overnight departures
• 40-60 hours per week
• Home daily
