Job summary

Badlands Tank Lines is the largest crude hauler in the U.S. and is seeking Hazmat Tanker Drivers to haul crude oil in the Lima, OH area. Drivers begin and end their day in Lima, OH, with routes to eastern Ohio and home daily for local residents.

The ideal candidate has experience hauling bulk liquids and follows strict safety procedures. Advanced winter driving skills are required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K with company match, paid PTO and holidays, uniforms

Badlands Tank Lines is the largest crude hauler in the U.S. and is seeking Hazmat Tanker Drivers to haul crude oil in the Lima, OH area. Drivers begin and end their day in Lima, OH, running routes to eastern Ohio. Drivers who live local to the Lima, OH area will be home every day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hauling hazardous bulk liquids or fuel, along with a strong commitment to strict procedures and safety protocols. This position also requires advanced winter driving skills and the ability to safely operate in adverse weather conditions.

• $370- $500 Average Day Pay, Plus Bonuses*

• REQUIREMENTS
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors sampling and transferring oil for an hour or more at origins and destinations in all weather conditions
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience hauling bulk liquids along with a strong commitment to strict procedures and safety protocols.
• This position requires advanced winter driving skills.
• Ability to work days shift OR evening/overnight shift
• Minimum 2 years recent Class A driving experience Required
• Previous crude oil experience Prioritized
• Manual and Auto-Shift Transmissions Available
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements and current medical card Required
• Chain-up experience Preferred
• Experience driving in adverse winter weather conditions Required
• Mountain driving experience Preferred
• Minimum 12 Months previous bulk liquid tanker experience Required
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card Required
• Acceptance of slip seat driving Required
• No DUI, major speeding careless/reckless driving within 5 years
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs and work in outdoor elements of the location.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
