Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking CDL A Shuttle Drivers for local, home-daily routes out of Benson, NC. Hazmat is required; 2nd shift rate is $24.75 per hour. Truck are automatic and all positions are local with routes to client plants in NC. Benefits begin after 90 days.

Qualified applicants will have a CDL Class A license, at least 3 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience, and a current DOT medical card. No DUI/OWI in 5 years and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Hazmat is required for all positions.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• 3 months verifiable tractor trailer experience within past year.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1 year)

Responsibilities

• Operate local shuttle routes from Benson, NC to client plants in Fuquay-Varina and Dunn, NC.
• Deliver on a home-daily local schedule with occasional Fridays.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
