Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a CDL A Driver Hazmat in Alvin, TX. The role involves delivering industrial gases to customers and storage sites, with pre- and post-trip inspections and strict safety reporting.

Night and weekend shifts are required, with a long-term OTR extension. Eligible candidates can earn $90K+ annually and access a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience driving tractor-trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; 2 years of technical college or military technical experience.
• Preferred: 3 years Haz-Mat or Tanker experience.
• Knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately.
• Complete required DOT and company reports.

Tankers endorsement
