Job summary

Univar Solutions is hiring a Delivery Specialist to load, transport, and deliver chemical products across customer sites. You will follow DOT policies, maintain accurate paperwork, and ensure safety protocols are observed during every shipment.

The role requires CDL A with hazardous materials/tanker endorsements, at least five years of trucking experience with liquids, and a clean DMV record. Ability to lift 100 lb, read/write English, and pass drug tests is essential.

Qualifications

• CDL A required with hazardous materials/tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 5 years of Class A driving experience in liquid transport.
• Must be 25 years old and have a clean DMV record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lb. and read/write/speak English.
• Must pass drug tests and respirator certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with materials and cargo as dispatched, ensuring paperwork aligns with DOT policies.
• Drive safely and comply with all DOT rules during chemical deliveries.
• Maintain delivery documents and submit reports timely.
• Coordinate loading times with shipping for next-day deliveries.
• Perform routine maintenance on trailers and equipment as needed.
• Deliver chemicals promptly and professionally to customers.
• Adhere to safety gear requirements and site PPE standards.
