Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Boston, MA is seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet. Our paid training provides mentoring from experienced drivers, on‑road time to build confidence, and immediate pay during training.

We offer full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k). Home time options include weekly or every other week, with paid orientation and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• DOT and hiring requirements.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid training and mentorship until ready for regular regional driving.
• Drive regional routes serving New England/Mid-Atlantic region with 3,000 miles per week.
• Operate drop‑and‑hook loads in brand‑new automatic trucks.
• Maintain safety and on‑road skills with support from dispatch.
