Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a professional truck driver based in Jerome, ID to transport and deliver tanker, bulk, semi, and van loads with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role involves pre-trip/post-trip inspections, securing cargo, and maintaining records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• DOT Medical Card required at hire.
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check will be completed.
• Clean driving record is required.
• TWIC preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver loaded and empty tanker, bulk, semi and van trucks safely and legally.
• Hook and unhook trailers; operate pumps, valves, and fittings to fill tanks.
• Ensure load securement with straps and tie downs as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate, timely deliveries.
