TMC Transportation, Inc. is hiring drivers in the Jacksonville area with newly announced pay increases. We offer experienced drivers up to $120,000 per year and new drivers up to $100,000 per year, plus weekly pay and direct deposit.

Orientation and comprehensive benefits are included, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and performance-based pay. Regional runs feature Home Every Weekend options or extended trips for higher load-based earnings.

  • Week 1 (Mon-Sun): combination of classroom instruction and hands-on load securement training.
  • Week 2 (Mon-Sun): equipment familiarization and learn how to complete a thorough DOT Pre-Trip Inspection along with backing and driving instruction.
  • Remainder of Training (Mon-Fri) go out with a driver trainer for experience on the road driving!
  • Home time is important to us, so we try our best to pair you with a trainer that lives within 150 miles of your home so you can enjoy your weekends with friends or family.

Student Benefits:
